For order accuracy, eDisplays.biz requires all orders to be submitted in writing. For your convenience we have several ways to place an order:
- Click on the "Add to Cart" buttons next to each item you wish to purchase. Your items will be added to your shopping cart and saved until you are ready to checkout using your credit card.
- Download our offline order form. To use our offline order form simply print the form, fill in order information completely and either fax to (585) 889-8209 or mail the completed form to us per the instructions on the form.
- Submit your order to us via email. If using email to submit your order, please include the product number(s), color selection, quantity, and shipping/billing information.
Your order will be entered into our database for fulfillment. One of our staff members will contact you promptly (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm EST) with your order confirmation and to make payment arrangements. Once payment has been made, your order will be shipped to you via UPS Ground. (Alternate shipping carriers available upon request.)
Do you sell Internationally?
Yes. International customers (including Canada) may purchase from us. We will ship orders internationally. Due to item sizes, we prefer our international customers to use our offline order form so we may ensure they receive the best possible service and shipping. International credit cards are not accepted via our online shopping cart. Please email all questions regarding international shipments to: staff@edisplays.biz
Shipping/Sales Tax Information
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. Shipping fees vary by product ordered and appear on your final purchase confirmation. For orders delivered within the state of New York, an 8% sales tax will be applied.
