How do I place an order?

You can order with your credit card safely and securely using the "Add to Cart" buttons found next to each item. If you prefer not to order online, please use our Offline Order Form below. Our standard lead time is 5-7 business days but we'll be happy to accomodate your lead time needs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept certified checks and
money orders. To pay via check or money order, please use our Offline Order Form and send all
check/money order payments to:

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping fees vary by product ordered.
For orders delivered within the state of New York, an 8% sales tax will be applied.


What is your Return/Refund Policy?

Should you discover a product with a manufacturer’s defect, you may return it to us for warranty repair or replacement for the first 30 days from shipment date. Repair or replacement will be at the sole discreation of eDisplays.biz. Returns/exchanges are not accepted after 30 days.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, for the first 30 days from the date of sale, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price at time of sale (less shipping and handling). Returned items must be in new/unused condition with all packaging and tags. Shipping must be pre-paid as we will not accept any return by C.O.D. You are advised to insure the merchandise for the purchase price for your protection should it be lost or damaged in return shipment.

  • We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.

Do you offer volume discounts?

As an extra bonus for our customers, we do offer a volume discount structure. Our volume discount structure applies to orders shipping to a single address, does not apply to shipping or taxes, and does not accrue. Discount structure is as follows:

Volume Discount Structure:

Qty 01-24: No Discount
Qty 25-49: Discounted 5%
Qty 50-99: Discounted 9.75%
Qty 100+ : Discounted 14.26%

Do you sell Internationally?

Yes. International customers (including Canada) may purchase from us. We will ship orders internationally. Due to item sizes, we prefer our international customers to use our offline order form so we may ensure they receive the best possible service and shipping.
